Online Order Return Policy
Tennessee Naturescapes LLC. guarantees live and healthy plants on their arrival as much as it can be affected by plant choices and shipping timing.
If you have any issues with your order you must submit the claim within 24 hours of receiving your plant/s to info@tennesseenaturescapes.com with photos, is applicable.
If the plants have arrived in poor condition, less than ideal, we would like to work it our to resolve the problem. Tennessee Naturescapes LLC. is not responsible for damage caused by the carriers, UPS and Fedex or cases of stolen property as these factors are not in our control.
In case the damage is clearly our fault, we can ship you a replacement plant with your next order or give you store credit. . No cash returns will be issued.

Tennessee Naturescapes LLC. pursues to sell healthy, well-rooted and established plants . Due to nature of some species, for example spring ephemerals, we can’t promise through rootedness.
